A great article on how to tell when your compost has finished cooking. Now it was a good read to start with, and then the authors started to mention coffee grounds and wow did it get even better?!
It is a real treat to come across authoritative scholarly information about coffee grounds from half a century ago. As I’ve mentioned a few times on this site, the practice of reusing coffee grounds waste is centuries old, and gardening folk of old made use of it.
