I hoped to get some insight on where you put your spent wet grounds each day you make coffee at home. I’d like to have a system for collecting a few days worth and a nice place to store them till I’m ready to use them. Do you have any tips for a container to store wet coffee grounds until they are ready to be reused and how long they can be kept wet before molding?
Hi Drew! You will find them getting mouldy after a couple of days but that’s not always a bad thing. Add straw or strips of newspaper to absorb the moisture and limit the amount of mould created – otherwise just get them into the garden or compost bin every couple of days.
