A great local community food swap making a difference out in Croydon. This group has been supporting Ground to Ground for many years, and incidentally is an area that can grow just about anything in that lovely grey loam with just a little return of organic material into the soil.
Thanks for featuring us, Shane! You pick the month I didn’t bring any coffee grounds to swap…we’re saving it up for the Maroondah Festival this coming Sunday. Transition Towns Maroondah will be giving them away at their stall.
Would love for you to drop by one of our swap Saturdays, to share more about the ‘secrets of coffee grounds’!

Thanks for the invite, are you guys doing a swap in Jan?

At the moment, next year we are going to be homeless…still checking on possible sites. That’s why I haven’t got the dates in for next year yet. Also, 1st Saturday in Jan, usually not many people are around. But I’m planning a working bee / swap / some-other-excuse to meet. Stay tuned!
